Most, if not all of your items will be shipped with USPS Regular/Priority Mail, which will take an additional 2-7 business days after order is finalized. If you prefer a different shipping speed, or need an order earlier select our express shipping options. Our shipping is only done on business days Monday - Friday.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking info.
All our orders are pre-shipped This means we may print your labels in advance during our processing time. This will happen when we've printed out your shipping label and prepared your package/s to be shipped.
All orders placed on Saturdays-Sundays may be pre-shipped but will not actually get to the shipping facilities until business operation days Monday-Friday.
Most if not all international packages must clear customs. The rules and requirements for customs clearance varies from country to country. It is the customer's responsibility to pay any additional taxes, fees or duties or to arrange for any permits or special paperwork that may be required. Invoices are sent with all shipments.
TRACKING Once packages reach the shipping facility, the package is no longer in our hands. However, you will be able to track your order using the tracking number sent via email/text. For any issues with the delivery of your package (Failed Deliveries / Refused Shipments / Incorrect Shipping address) once it has been shipped, contact here - USPS Customer Service: 1-800-ASK-USPS.
Incomplete or incorrect address information is the major cause of shipment delays. Please make it your point of duty to check the address information on your order. Make sure you have included ALL the information (address, apt#, etc.) needed to deliver your package. Your order will be shipped to the exact address you provide. It is extremely important that you give us the most accurate and complete information possible. If an address correction needs to be made after your shipment has been sent you will be assessed the $10 fee USPS charges us to make the correction.
If you have tracked your package and there are any issues with your delivery information or it has been lost in transit, please contact us via text or email immediately. We will contact USPS ASAP and initiate a trace for your package and have them start an investigation. If it is determined that your shipment has been lost a replacement will be sent ASAP.
Returns & Refunds

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged by our actions.
-If your items arrive damaged, please email us within 14 days for a replacement or request a refund. Damages due to shipping require photos of broken product.
-Return Policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange and cancellations are not permitted after 24 hours of your submitted payment has been received. Thank you for understanding!
-To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be damaged or you received the wrong item - normal wear and tear can not be replaced. Depending on your order, 2-3 days or 5-7 days waiting period will be allotted.
