What currency are the prices on the website?

All prices are in USD.

Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships. 

When will my order ship?
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 3-5 for processing and for your order to ship out. 

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary, and is mostly dependent on the shipping option you choose. Since we do ship worldwide, international shipping requires more time than local shipping. The average shipping time for US customers  is 3-7 business days.

Whats the difference with Processing and Shipping?                           Processing is how long your order takes to be acknowledge and packed for shipping, while shipping refers to when the package actually ships via the courier and the time it takes to get to the final destination for the customer to receive.


I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have mistakenly entered  an incorrect address, simply reply to your order conformation email and confirm or reach out to us via email to have address changed. If the address provided is incorrect, you must reach out to us before you order has been shipped/leave our facility. No refund will be given if customer failed to inform us of the incorrect information in a timely manner and customer will be liable to pay new shipping fee if necessary.


I have a question that wasn't answered, can you please help?
Absolutely! Please send us an email @ info@majestikhaircare.com or contact us via the contact us button on our website. We are dedicated and will be happy to assist you in any way we can. We do receive a large number of emails, If you wish to get a prompt response please attach your order number and address the problem clearly when contacting us.

Refunds                                                                                                         Refunds are generally prohibited unless there's an issue with your order on our end. In the case of a broken package, a photo of said package should be sent to our email for investigation and inspection.
